During college, I examined surveillance as a theme and enjoyed digital collage as well as digital illustration. Intrigued by this idea of a literal big brother figure (in relation to George Orwell's "1984", I created this character with a surveillance camera in replacement of a head. Making them a physical being without any warmth or personality, I intended to use them in a daunting sense in my practice.
