Rebecca Rae

From over the course of third to fourth year, I became heavily interested in this notion of the nonsensical and the irrational. Desperately struggling for meaning within art lead me to do quite the opposite and seek out ways of creating art that aren't logical. Through use of performance and working with sculpture, I began to build up a folio of absurdity which soon led me onto the focus of my degree show and practice in general.
